An exploration of Self love (Dissolve the judgement)

Dissolve the judgement and distil the lesson.

I used to think that I wouldn't improve if I didn't judge myself for my mistakes. I wouldn't learn. But, I've found the opposite to be true.

Through my years of coaching and personal evolution
It no longer seems very useful to me.

And for most of us, it’s the societal/environmental conditioning that holds us back.

We only really see it as a necessary step of learning because we were judged growing up. We were convinced that we needed to continue beating ourselves up to learn.

Yes, we may have improved.
But, by being judged, we also picked up a range of underlying limiting beliefs and unprocessed pain/emotions.

As a result, we never felt like we were worthy or enough until we got it right.

The energy of judgement also tends to project itself onto others. What we tend to find frustrating in others upon closer inspection is a reflection/projection of what we tend to judge in ourselves. It's like owning judging goggles that get passed down through the generations.

But, we can decide that it stops with us.

So what is love to me? Love is what's there when judgement isn't

“Do not let anything that happens in life be important enough that you’re willing to close your heart over it.” Michael A Singer

Commit to keeping your heart open.

What you say to yourself and others matters.
I love you and keep going, I love you, and you can do better. I love you, and what can you learn? I love you, and let's get back on the horse. I love you because you're a human, we make mistakes, and that's how we learn.

Dissolve the judgement, distil the lesson, genuinely forgive yourself and others if needed and continue improving.
